This was my first apartment. I moved there because a friend of mine lived in the one bedrooms and had no problems. WELL my two bedroom was very big I HAD A ROACH problem because of my nasty neighbors upstairs and my dirty neighbors downstairs. I complained to management several times because my neighbors would cook extremely smelly food that often left me and my guest gagging!!

Someone tried to break into my apartment. There were several car break-ins AND a person got shot and killed while i lived there. If i didn;t see it on the news management would have never told the residents. A building caught on fire and it took forever for them to BEGIN fixing it. I was awakened many times by young boys signalling to one another running from apartment to apartment on the back side where the fire door is. I wouldn;t recommend this apartment to a single you women it is NOT SAFE!!!

I can say management did pay for half the security system i got put in the apartment.

OHHH i almost forgot forget it if you love you sat. at home the kids scream all day and the residents sit out side and drink beer and play music .. my neighbors repaired the entire front part of a truck and would often sit on your car!!!! GHETTO
