they do not respond to your requests/complaints. When I first moved in I notice rust coming through the water pipes in the bathroom and then a nauseating odor. After 3 months of requesting the water be checked (in writing)and being ignored I finally moved. Now they have the audacity to charge me with a lease termination fee of $556. The money is not the issue here. It's the pricipal of the matter. If you are a decent person trying to live a peaceful and drama-free life, this is not the company to go with.
