The time i spent living in the Cumberland Apartments umm! or should I say Slumberland,the maintenence was poor,management rude and crude the only good thing was the manager when i first moved in named was shonna. we had electrical problems and the only time they fixed it was when we gave a sixty day notice now thats low.
