We have stayed at this complex for almost a year now. Although the friendlier office staff has changed, no major complaints there. Maintenance is attentive and responsive in a timely manner. The problem comes with the security gate... Most people feel safer when living in a gated community. Since our gate rarely ever works for longer than 2 days once it's repaired, I no longer feel safe here. What is the purpose if it's never going to work appropriately' I'm sure having a gate plays a part in how much rent we pay. As long as this is an ongoing problem, I can only say at best, this apt. complex could be better...
