I lived here 2 years as a single female and never had any problems; I only moved due to my commute. I can't say enough about the excellent maintenance staff; always responded same day or the next and seemed to be at beck & call, which was nice. The property was well kept and there is a great pool area and tennis area. The gym is a little lacking and the entrance is a bit tricky due to a busy road and no traffic signal. The front gate was rarely functional so not much safety provided there. But it was well lit for the most part and I never had any problems. There were several dogs and a good amount of kids.
I would recommend this community.
