I hate my apartment...counting the days till I move out.

The shower didn't work the day I moved in. And the place was nasty...I don't think they cleaned it at all.

I've had standing water in the dishwasher since day one as well. I've called and they have been to fix it 5 times. They usually leave a note that no problem was found. When asked to explain the puddle of water it leaves in the floor the maintenace man said he left it there after opening the dishwasher door while it was running.

The gate works sometimes. But, my number has never worked at the call box so I have to walk to the front gate when I have visitors.

Parking isn't bad except when people work on their cars in the parking lot...and have friends over to have a "work on our cars party".

The lock on my front door has broken twice. I was told if it happened a third time they would replace the lock.

The thermostat is messed up. It always reads 10 degrees warmer than it really is. It may read 77 but its freezing in the apartment. I have to set it on 80 for it to be warm during the colder months. Once again, I was told there was no problem found.

I would not....I repeat....would never recommend this place to anyone.

Anonymous, I sympathize with you and the dishwasher deal. I am having the same problem. For 5 years, I have lived in this community. It was nice when I moved in, unfornately, in the past 18 months, I have seen the community go downward. They need clean house and regroup. I am counting my days as well.
