The residents are cool. The managemnt is not. Things fall apart and the maintence either does not show up or does not know how to fix it. Management are rude. Security guy is a jerk as well.

I have heard horror stories from my neighbors about the problems this place is having. Most people around me are moving because they are upset. One building has termites and another bad roaches. I would not have moved here had I known this.

Not a good place to live.
