How about this I moved in Nov 1st after reading quite a few of the negative review, and let me tell ya, I've had a few problem with loud music, went to the office great response call the police I did, noise again same person, complained, I looked up a week later that person no longer reside here, All places have roaches, ants etc, I've asked them to spray and guest what no bugs, had lots of thing that needed to be fixed, as someone said early it was done by the time I got home from work. And the management is fantatic every time I enter the office, I'm asked if everything is ok. And by the way this is not a person from the office writing. Glenda is the name.

I don???t know???.Your post sounds too good to be true. I was there from 2005 to 2006 so you may have been with a better management team. When I lived in the apartments the maintenance staff had their good and bad days. They were great when it came to simple tasks such as changing the air filter but certain things such as the light switch not working in my bedroom well.... They kept saying it worked and it didn't. My stepfather fixed it after several calls every day for two weeks and many times being told it was fixed by maintenance even though it was not. In addition, I had issues with the toilet from the first day I moved in. It would overflow by itself, I thought it was possessed. After many calls to them to fix the toilet they would say it was fixed and it wasn't. They few times I saw them, they would come over with a plunger, (it wasn't clogged), I have a plunger for those situations, there was something wrong with the toilet itself, it would just run by itself and all the water would full up and it overflowed???.I didn't even need to flush the toilet???it just had issues! I tried to remember to turn off the water to the toilet. Unfortunately, one night it overflowed while I was asleep and the entire apartment was flooded. In addition to that the ceiling leaked from the person???s toilet above me, which caused mold on my ceiling. I was charged for the carpet to be removed and the mold to be treated for the apartment. I was upset because I made several calls to get them to fix the toilet. They finally sent a plumber to fix it (after the flooding). They told me that they didn't send someone from outside of the company unless they know there is an issue because of the cost and if there is nothing wrong with the toilet they will charge me for the plumber to visit the premises. The toilet was fixed and I wasn't charged for the plumber???s services. I shouldn't have been charged for the carpet removal since there was an issue with the toilet that they chose to ignore. After the toilet was fixed, I never had an issue with it again. It took about two weeks and a flooded apartment to get that fixed. I liked the apartment size, the cost was decent and I also had a run in with a noisy neighbor. I made several complaints to management and to the police and the management office tried their best to address the issue but the noise didn't cease and they didn't evict the person. I had an issue with bugs but they quickly responded to that by spraying the apartment. They did spray the complex when I was there also but I don???t know if that changed. The people I dealt with were never rude to me but they did seem unorganized and they lied (mostly about maintenance but once about losing my check, it was quickly nipped in the bud when I brought my statement showing the cashed check). The times they were supposed to be in the office on the weekend they wouldn???t be there. They had some sort of excuse every weekend for why someone wasn???t in the office. The time I inhabited the apt, there were always new leasing agents. I don't know what it's like now but when I left the location, it was going downhill. The person that got me my apartment worked there the longest compared to the rotating employees and she did a great job at getting the right people in the apartments but she left right before I did and it seemed to take a nosedive for the worst. Even with all the trials and tribulations, I didn???t hate the apartments until they started letting anyone live in the complex. That???s when the apartments became noisy, the parking lot was filled with people lollygagging, random children would be running around unsupervised, break-ins increased, and my car was egged probably by one of the lollygaggers. The flooded apartment, mold, leaking ceiling, bare thin walls, missing agents and the lying management office really did not piss me off that much because the apartment was cheap, large, close to I-75, 285, the gym, circuit city which is closed now, the mall, and more. In other words, the positive outweighed the negative but when the noisy neighbors (they were louder than the planes) and their unsupervised children moved in, with their feral cats, I knew it was time to move. Even though so many years have passed, I doubt there has been much improvement.
