If I weren't buying a home I would stay here. I've had a great experience. I lived at Post Collier before which was overpriced and crappy. The staff there was also horrible. Tons of college kids who were doubling up in apts. So there was too much noise, no parking space, and it was overpriced for what you got. Gables was peaceful, the staff was great, the floor plans were better and you were able to get 2 bedrooms for less than price of a one br at post collier. Oh yeah, my car was broken into, along with 2 others at post collier despite the "security gates."
