I am getting ready to re-sign and remain at this property. I have been very happy here which is why I am signing another year lease. I love the area, and the property is very pleasing, the maintence guys are friendly and the office staff is willing to work with you, most of the office staff. I looked around at other properties and found nothing that served my needs better, for the price. I am very happy here and would highly recommend it!

Does the rent go up a lot when you renew - over $50 for like a 1 bdroom or is it just like $20-30?
