I have lived here over a year now and have experienced some good and a lot of bad.
I love the people who live here, very friendly nice. However, recently we have had two attempted robberies and a kidnapping. I called the front office to speak to them about this and was treated with great disrespect! I have had several maint. problems and it usually takes a week to get someone to get to your request and two sometimes three phone calls. The gates are always broken, I mean do they not want to put in a camera' Rats on the porch are a problem. I am moving soon and can't wait to leave since I pay too much to live with the lack of customer service that I receive! The office also recently did away with thier on-site courtecy officer, no wonder crime has increased!!!
Most recent letter from office suggested not walking alone in complex, what if you live by yourself'' Not worth living here anymore!! Don't come!
