The managers here are less than bright and lazier than you can possibly imagine. Rather than address individual renters with issues, they constantly stick form letters in our doors about issues ranging from the trivial (no grills!) to the serious (kidnapping). On top of that, these little love notes contain addendums to our leases that are at best of dubious legality (i.e. "we'll fine you for trash, fine you for dog poop, return your packages if they are too large, etc.). Look elsewhere in the area if you are able to find anything in Vinings/Smyrna that's not super expensive.
