Sounds like Gables Vinings is a good place to live from the comments of the previous person. No complaints about maintenance, quality of the apartments, appearance of the grounds. I'm not so sure grills are trivial when they can cause a fire, so it is probably a good idea they monitor that. It's funny how some people react negatively to a simple attempt to make something better for everyone.
