1)Homeless Man patrols front gates and begs.
2)Maintenance Men = Thugs
3)Front Gates never work nor close at night.
4)All appliances were built in 1983.
5)Unruly tenants who belong in inner city.

Staff = too scared to live here.

This response is from the Property Manager. I respect this person's right to an opinion. I would like to make a few corrections: The community was built in 1997 with new appliances so they could not be built in 1983. 5 Gables' employees live at the community including one that works here. I have never seen a homeless man on the property. The gates do break but we repair them immediately. Regarding the use of the term thug, I don't use that term so it is hard for me to respond. I can tell you our maintenance staff is wonderful--honest, hard working, and loved buy our residents. The rest of the comments are not worth responding to. |

I agree with the property manager. I think the person that posted this review is a racist individual who has never even been to College Park. I work there every day and he must have missed the million dollar estates. Maybe that's because he only knows thugs...

This person is obviously a hardcore racists who doesn't want to live with any black people. The black people that live in the area are hard working and could live in inexpensive housing, if they wanted but since they have the income to live at Gables then ha ha to you. why don't you go to the North Georgia mountains with the rest of the hill billies where you will feel at home. idiot
