Gables Vinings

I have been living at Gables Vining for almost a year. My lease will be up and July and I really do not have anything that I can complain about. The location is great! Easy access to 285 and 75. There is a Kroger across the street and a nearby gas station. I have never ran into any homeless people at the gas station.

Everyone in the community is fairly friendly. I did have a problem with a neighbor calling the cops because of me flushing the toilet and closing cabinets which are two things I can't control. I can say that I live on the third floor so I never hear any of my neighbors, for my first four months I didn't even know I had any neighbors. Management handled the situation well. I have never had any problem with mainteance or management. They are all very friendly and respectful.

I probably will be resigning my lease and the only reason I wouldn't is because I wnat a bigger space and have found a place that cost the same amount as what I am paying and the price is very similiar. One complaint would be the price.
