Gables Vinings looks nice from the outside, but after two years I refuse to pay $1000 per month for hairy catipillars crawling on my floor and ceiling, consistently broken gates, summer ant infestations, rude staff members, and shotty maintenance. My toilet always smells and my faucets are in need of repair at least every few months. And today I received notice that tenants will not have access to the pool after dusk and they will be locking the gates (ridiculous). The area is safe and access to the interstates is convenient. The complex is quiet and most people at Gables Vinings seem to be a bit older than most apts. Overall, you can get more for your money elsewhere. You can live in the city for the same price, in much newer complexes. Or down the street with better management. My advice, shop around.
