I moved in late Oct, and I must say that the customer service is GREAT! Everyone in the office is very accomodating, (Matt, Tamara, Desiree, Amanda). I was scheduled to move into another Gables property, however when I saw Gable Vinings it really blew my mind! And the office mgr ensured I had a smooth transition to this property from the one I was originally suppose to move in. If it is awesome customer service that you want and HONESTY, I urge you to come and check out this property. Even the maintenance guys are nice! ; ) The only set backs are parking, and I have seen some unsightly bugs. They spray everytime I call though.We will see.... And I recommend if you have any small children, pls choose to live on the bottom flr. I have a 3 1/2 yr old son and my neighbor underneath me complains about the noise. I wish I would have chosen to live on the bottom rather than the middle. And the heating is not good, I think its just the one I live in, but EVERYTIME I call the office they send someone right away!
