I've been here about six months, and after reading some of the other reviews, I think folks may have been a little harsh on the place. First - they run a lot of good deals, or go through an apartment hunting service. Paying what is listed on the website might be overpriced for the place but at least since I've been here, it's easy to happen upon a good move-in special.

I'm a young woman and I feel totally safe here. The complex is well lit and parking is always available right by my unit. It is a clean, nice area overall. Kroger is right across the street, midtown is a 30ish minute commute, you're right near big box stores on Cobb and nice boutiquey Vinings areas.

There are decent amenities here. The pool is very pretty and I can't say I've seen anyone down there trying to pick anyone up. It's mostly utilized by the few young families that live here, sometimes people are down there grilling. They appear to be trying to make the gym more appealing, they recently fixed all the equipment. There are also neighborhood events if you're into that sort of thing.

Mistakes have happened with the office (lost rent, once, and an ongoing problem with the AC.) They are very polite and accommodating, however. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved after talking to Desiree, she's terrific and bends over backwards to fix problems. There are some minor issues with the construction - leaky faucets, the AC thing, etc. But they are prompt to address them when you contact them. I have also never seen ants in my unit as others report. We keep things pretty tidy though.

The only issue might be how thin the walls are. I think the people who live upstairs are nocturnal breakdancers with a vacuuming fixation. At 3am they are thudding around and vacuuming AGAIN, but this might just be our bad luck to live under inconsiderate people. Overall, it's a nice place. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
