My first and last (thankfully) meeting with the new manager was not a good one. She is not friendly at all and seems very conceded. Too bad Matt left. He and Desiree are the only two with a personality in the leasing office! Gables better hope Desiree stays...if not, I can see Gables Vinings going down the proverbeal toilet quickly!
