There are so many stray animals, mostly cats, running around you'd think there was an animal shelter in the complex. management isn't to blame for trash left on the patios or in the parking lots but RAM Partners should do something about the only trash dumpster that's overfilled with garbage daily.

They will Stick it to you i stayed here as a resident since 2007. me and my family were moved into a roach infested apartment i never experience in my life. i mean i been to worse but this is the worstest. they cut deals to certain residents. they dont make since but i'll will have this complex reported. i'm at the Jasmin APT. as we speak anddont let the outter appearance fool you Jasmin is a great complex. only thing is i dont have the money but would recommend it instead of Galleria Court Yards and the only good thing i can say about the Court Yards that it's quiet sometimes.
