Hickory Lake used to be an great place to live, but ever since new management took over its customer service and maintenance has been all down hill. I've been waiting for repair work to my bathroom for 3 months and still waiting. Listen to what I'm saying and stay far away from this place. Trust me, I work for Law Enforcement and you won't want the trouble of an incompetant staff and lazy maintenance that can't fix things. The lake on the property is very disgusting and their pools have been closed since 2004. Don't bring your children here because there is also gang activity and graffiti popping up everywhere.
