Ha it s funny that management and someone who couldn't pay their rent are the only ones that have something good to say about this abomination of a community! DO NOT MOVE HERE! THERE ARE APARTMENTS AT THE SAME OR LESSER COST ITS NOT WORTH IT. Since I have been staying at Hickory Lake I too have had a serious ROACH Problem! And Management does not manage anything in the community except your rent money. These apartments are paper thin you can hear your neighbor breathe. The police stay posted in this neighborhood every night. I have only been here three months and within this short amount of time I have had numerous problems that went wrong within my apartment and some of them still are not fixed, and the Roaches! They proclaim to have pest control spray IF they are I don't no what they are using,(Sugar Water) I got roaches and they ken up in my crib. Please I advise you do not waste your time. You'd be better of staying in the projects.(Seriously) DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE. I m moving out ASAP and I have to get rid of most of my belongings because I don t want to take Hickory's Family with me (the roaches) And to you that just signed your lease brake it you know like I know this aint worth it. It aint worth it. Hickory treats there tenants like tissue they wipe and flush and wipe and flush so how you feel doesn't matter and what I say doesn't matter to them. They just wipe there sorry selves and throw you away stinking. That's how you do enemy's not timely paying tenants.
