Hickory Lake will tell you one story in the beginning when you about to sign that lease after it's sign all these other rules and fees come in to play. There is no way you can tell me or anybody else that they use $150-400 in water a month and can't show proof of the usage. All the mangers and associates will take message and no one will ever call you back name to look out for ------, ------- and ----. Horrible customer service don't move here unless you want to experience a nightmare from HELL because that is what it will become. You call and ask number for the corporate office they don't have one but, ------ tell you to call back on Monday and speak to the property manger which she is never there. People have had fires in there apartments more than twice within a week, people have gotten shot and rob. Don't do it the supposely rent special is not worth it.
