Man this place is like a double edged sword. You get a pretty big apartment for a great price, but all the crap that comes with it is terrible. I think my biggest complaint is the outragoues water bill that they do a great job of hiding. They definitely don't let you know that your water bill depends on your neighbors which has to be the dumbiest thing I have ever heard of. I mean it is 2008 for christ sake is it really that hard for us to receive individual water bills. If not hell lets have community electric bills and telephone bills, hey lets not stop there we should all also pay each others cable bill. If that isn't one of the most backward things i have ever heard. Man the rent office people act like they all live in Buckhead or something, and they have less than the majority of the tennants. The always present Smyrna police makes it very comfortable NOT. It is pretty embarassing when you have to ride by them every day especially when you have company with you and it is there first visit. It gives you the great feeling of being in Bowen homes or any other housing project in ATL. If you want to find a hood in the middle of Smyrna just pull on in to Hickory Lakes and you will feel right at home BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
