UPDATE 2007

By bad fortune when my first rental lease was up I tried applying with another apartment complex but at the last minute found out that the apartment we had given our deposit for was not available for my moving date. I asked the keeneland farms leasing Manager if I could stay for 1 or 2 more days (paying the a prorated rent to which she said of course. But you need to pay the market rate of $938 plus an Additional $35 dollars a Day. Are you kidding me for 1 day' She said Yes (with a smile) Anyways I tried to apply at another apartment complex to no avail especially at such a short notice. sooooo I was forced to renew my lease with Keeneland Farms for another LONG Year. I am still dealing with cockroaches, crickets and some other type of inset I ve never seen before IN the apartment (NOT OUT IN THE PATIO!) I have a leak running from the Upstairs bathtub to the kitchen, 1-2-3 unsuccessful attempts from different maintenance guys tried to fix this leak but instead I ended up with a large gaping hole in my kitchen, one in the bathroom wall, and one on the plastic wall covering in the shower. Guess what I still have a leak!(Sloppy quick job) so now I have all sorts of insets creepy crawling their way into my apartment MMMMMMM! Luxury Living' Ooooooook!

THE BEGININGS 2005

Too pricey, for the crappy apartment and town homes they offer. Do not get fooled, the model home is nothing and I mean NOTHING like the real apartments. The model home was nicely decorated brand new appliances and new counter tops and cabinets, Do not under any circumstances think your apartment will look this way. Three days before I moved in I went to the office requesting to see my apartment, the lady from the office was very hesitant to show me the unit but I insisted and she finally gave in. She first tells me to wait outside while she checked the apartment as if, what ever that was not fix was going to magically fix it self. Minutes later she came out and told me that it was ok for me to come in and inspect the apartment. My first impression of the apartment was ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The carpets where filthy and discoloration thru-out the entire first and second floor, the kitchen cabinets a mess nothing like the model, the chandelier in the dining room area rusted and falling apart, the stove button half way melted, the bathroom cabinet sunken-in and moldy due to water leak, different sizes and different kind of closets doors(nothing matched) a foul smell coming from the faucet water, every time you use it, Pot holes all over the inside of the complex, (just like being back in NYC streets all over again!!!!!!!)Loud teenagers going up and down the noisy stairs at all ours of the night and day, slamming doors, and much more .. My point is: Do not waste your time and money on Wexford Hills.

You are exactly right flaca10468. Check out my review I posted on 5/06/07. I said the same exact thing. I just hoped that people read it before they actually moved in.
