Funny how there are cars that are broke down and have been sitting in the same SPOT for over a year. Call the new management and guest what....they belittle you for telling on the tenants with the broke down cars. Honestly, how would you feel if several cars have been broke down in front of your unit for over a year.... Causing you to walk in the rain.... Making you walk far period (especially late at night)! Better yet, I have a crazy neighbor (and I do really mean crazy) who makes humping gestures to the females and he lurks around your door looking for cigarette butts. Who in their right mind would want to live here and walk far to get to their apartment all because management (new managment I might add) does NOT have the balls to tell a tenant to move their expired tag broke down car. WHY PEOPLE''''!!!!! Hold up, let me take a step back. Darn, I'm the dumb one for living here so long. It's just getting more and more ghetto by the day. When my lease is up, I need to stop being cheap and make a move! Realize it people, the cheap rent is for a cheap reason....GHETTO and Management does not care about anything but getting another sucker to move in this place. Once you are in, you become that little voice that is always ignored. Take it from a veteran that has lived here for a long time....Don't Move Here unless you want to be chased by pitbulls, gate never working, water gets cut off and management has lame excuses and you are forced to take baths over friends and family houses, the units flood, you will have a very bad termite problem (which the pest control does come but whatever they use does not work), people hanging their clothes out on their porch with a clothes line that they made with a yellow rope (better yet they even have their pots and towels drying out on the grass), pool is not up and running, there is a fitness room with broke down equipment, and last but not least broke down cars. And if management is reading this, PLEASE and I DO MEAN PLEASE get it together and take a look around YOUR PROPERTY! Good people who pay their rent (on time I might add and has never been late) should not have to call a million times and never see any improvements! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
