I'm a current residence at the "Wexford Hills" now called, Keenlad Farms Apartments, and I do not like living here at all. I currently lease a Townhouse here, and the floors in this apartment are horrible! They spueek, are un-even, the carpet that was installed was poorly done! There are noticable open spaces between the floor and the walls.. I recently called about getting the air filters cleaned, and there was dust left on the filters! Maintaince did not whipe off dust build up on the air ducks.

There has been problems since "Keenland Farms" has taken over. On July 4th, no residence had ANY WATER for almost two days! But I noticed that there were SPRINKLERS that were UP AND RUNNING, spraying the grass and whatnot! The residence were forced to "DEAL" basically. The local fire department had to come out to distribute water. There was supposed to be "porta potties" on the property for the residence to use, but there wasn't ANY! The LOCAL NEWS had to come out for the NEW MANAGEMENT to do something!! Also I was told that the STATE had to FIX the water problem! This situation alone made me very upset, & wanting to MOVE ASAP!

There are a lot of PARKED CARS just sitting up in the complex taking up good parking. The dispence of garbage is poor. Almost every weekend trash over flows the compactor, making it hard to throw away trash, and is also an eye sore to look at.

The KEENLAND FARMS have said that there doing over 6 million dollars worth of renovations, but absolutly nothing is being done to fix or even up-keep the apartments. They have totally remodeled the front office, making the inside and outside look very nice, but vacant apartments they lease out do not look anywhere as good. They have also totally remodeled an apartment that they use for maintaince, now why they needed to upgrade the maintaince office, I have no idea!

The only thing they have done that I like is repave the parking lot. Before there were a lot of pot holes, but they fixed that problem. Other than that, they haven't done anything else to please the residence.
There isn't much space in the townhomes (I'm not sure about the apartments they lease) Not to mention this apartment complex is very old in general.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL. PERSONALLY, I'M LOOKING FOR A HOUSE TO MOVE IN TO ASAP! I HAVE ALSO NOTICED A LOT OF OLD TENNETS MOVING OUT DO TO ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS!
