I absolutely HATE my so-called townhouse! Nothing works and the new managment knows nothing about the complex and appear to be very rude and unwilling to help. The maintenance men are creepy and I had to change my locks b/c 1 of them was letting himself into my apartment whenever I wasn't @ home and making himself comfortable. Keeneland Farms is not the place to live!

i completely agree!!!! i had the misfortune to move in an apartment last september (after paying the holding fee in june) and nothing was done, the apartment looked as though they slapped a coat of paint on to cover what was wrong, the cabinets were not attached to the hinges properly, there was and still is a hole in the wall of my infants room, the plumbing is bad and the list goes on...i thought we were moving into a high quality apartment but just got projects quality for deluxe prices. i even paid for upgrades which turned out to look nothing like the model i saw and when i questioned this they said they ran out of funding, but they never returned the extra money i paid. it is now march and everything i put on the work order has yet to be fixed. be smart spend your money elsewhere......on yeah there is no laundry facility on the premises and the apartments do not come with washer and dryers.

I hate this community!!!!! This is the worst place I have ever lived in life. My apartment flooded because of clogged pipes that the community have known about but have yet to fix. My apartment was destroyed and all the staff had to offer was "the business office is closed on the weekends you will have to wait until monday" My entire bottom floor of my townhouse was completely wet, I could not run any water or the toliet in the bathroom would over flow even when any other unit would run any water. I called and called and no one responded to any of my calls. Oh and when I asked for the property manager she does not work on the weekends therfore I was ---- out of luck until MONDAY!!! It sucks when you are a resident that pays your rent on time faithfully and in return you recieve crampy service. My suggest to residents looking do not even drive by this place!!!!!!!!
