I have lived at Wexford hills/keeneland farms for about 4 years. i have had experiences with both management companies an i have to admit that when lincoln management was here i wanted to move out.i gave my notice to leave in the summer of this year to move out in 60 days.However,as time passed the new management came and i noticed changes started happening to make this comunity a lot better,some residents were upset at the fact that the new management was a little more strict than the previous management.But change is constant and im loving it.they are so great that they even came up with the great idea to make a second office to guarantee our satisfaction. i recomend that you come out and see for your self.

You must not have had any big problems in your unit. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and welcomed the changes they were making. After trying to get some much needed work done, I'm realizing that I must not be paying enough rent, since I did initially move here on a special and I'm not paying what they charge new tenants for the same unit. Wait until your home floods or catches on fire. See how much you love them then.
