Trash from uncaring tenants in the streets; use pool only if you want to resembe the monster from the blue lagoon (perhaps better now, fresh water); tennis court - broken pavement, no net, dog poop; fitness center - no comment. Pls. remember that you pay for services that you are not getting, and the rent is going up. Too many unprofessional people living here, I am happy to move soon.
