I like the improvements that have been going on

I saw what the place looked like when it was Wexford Hills. It reminded you of one of those cop movies with drug dealers all over the place and the property just looked run down. I think they have done an excellent job with the exteriors and I am excited about the interiors. I heard that it would be starting in July and that includes the occupied apartments. I also went by and saw the new fitness center when they had their sneak-a-peek last week. It is beautiful. I can t wait to go work out with the personal trainer they are going to offer for FREE!! I think it is a hit or miss with maintenance issues in an apartment. Especially with an apartment community this old, I give Keeneland Farms management and maintenance staff a 10. They took on a mess and are making it a bed of roses. That s just my opinion.

This post sounds like something that someone who works here wrote. Do you like paying that new water bill? My bill jumped from $15 to $55. My water usage hasn't changed. I know the meter reading for my unit doesn't warrant that change. I guess we don't have enough rain to keep up with all the landscaping that going on. It's hard to miss all the hoses running from vacant apartment windows and sprinklers set up around the neighborhood. They are NOT changing the interiors of the occupied units. Some of us moved here on specials and don't pay as much as the newer residents. They are not taking care of us in the same way. I still have painted countertops that won't come completely clean, carpet that was ruined by mold which they will not replace, a growing bug problem, and a patio that looks like someone took a jackhammer to it. They had the nerve to send out notices for people to entertain on their patios/balconies. Well I can't. What happened to our on-site security? I don't see them anymore, but I called the security line one night. I was tired of hearing the loud music playing somewhere in the parking lot - which seemed to go on for about 40 minutes. I don't understand the point of havng the gate operational at all. It's always broken. Instead of fixing it again and again, why not install a stronger gate? One that can't easily be torn off. One that will do some damage to the cars that follow others through the gate.

You are right tlab624. This sounds like a post by someone who works there because this post is totaly false! This community has never been ran down and looked like there would be drug dealers on the corner. Are you serious!!! Come now, this is Smyrna, and Smyrna PD aint trying to hear that. Who ever posted this, stop with the BS! They have so called hired a less than part time "security team" that are never here and just when they are, they just look into peoples car in a mean way when you come into the community but they are never here!! They look like drug dealers themselves. The gate was torn off the henges just a few days ago and I am sure it will take them 3 months or more to fix it. The water is now $55 and even hire for 3 bedroom units and they gave 30 days notice of this change. Some people who are already here may not be able to pay the rent amount that has gone up plus the water that has more than doubled! The new tenants are paying more when they come in but they are only paying for stainless steel appliances and some countertops. They won't even put those in the occupied units because those people are not paying enough. As soon as you move out, here comes the new appliances, flooring and countertops for the new people. But, that is not worth the high price because this is still the same old community.
