This message is to WBwater. I find it amazing that you really think this place is great for you to write a book on here, so I've come to the conclusion that either A. you are part of the staff that works in the office or B. you are just are a NASTY DIRTY person!

You lived here for about 2 months and you were upset AT FIRST (like most people are), but now you deal with having roaches, bugs, and problems etc with your apartment. Either this is your first apartment or you are just happy to be living in the Smyrna/Vinings area.

It is NOT NORMAL to have to hold your toilet handle down the whole time your toilet is flushing. Just because you live in an older apartment building is not an excuse....I REPEAT not an excuse to have ROACHES or crickets inside your home. If there is 1 roach there are 100 roaches. All of the buildings were built at the same time so how is your building the oldest''''

You said you chose this place because its really close to your job''''' There are PLENTY of apartment communities on S. Cobb that don't have nearly as many issues as Keeneland Farms. As Im reading more of what you wrote I'm starting to think either A. You are GULLABLE or B. You are a complete IDIOT! Most of these communities have brand new fitness centers. Most of these apartment homes are older and they are going through renovations. Did you know that you can go to Forrent.com or Rent.com and narrow your search for the type of apartment you are looking for along with the ammenities you are looking for as well. You are a SUCKER for paying your so-called personal trainer and when you wrote him your check to him, he said the same thing! HA!!

As for your upgraded package.....PLEASE. It's not even real stainless steel...it's called ALLUMINUM! Paying $715 is way too much for a 2 bdrm 1.5 bath. And once it increases to the $815 you are going to be bitching and complaining the whole time when you write that check because you are still going to have roaches and other forseen issues with your apartment.

As far as your water fee of $55 and that Cobb County raised their fees- SWEETIE DO YOUR HOMEWORK! There are several other communities who do not charge a flat rate of $55 for water. They only make you pay for what you use. The $55 Keeneland Farms is charging you is a way for them to get more money from their residents.

Police presence is at every community in GA! Police live on property either because its FREE or its discounted down to almost free, just as long as they make their rounds late at night to make the residents feel safe. Most communities have a Renter Refferal Program. Its cute how your telling people how great this place is and if they put you down you'll split the $$ with them. Your not going to recieve physical money from the office. They are going to take it off your rent.

I think the smartest thing you said was on your last sentence....YOU should take your own advice and not give out false reviews.

Maybe 1 day you will know what its like to live in a nice community, but hopefully you will stay right there in Keeneland farms because you are the type of neighbor that nobody wants....DIRTY and you bring roaches with you.

Ok WBwater. Did you say that your reason for posting your review/rating was to get some extra money??????? Wow! Aren't you supposed to refer your family and friends? Besides, this site is not used for that purpose. That makes me think that maybe you posted a misleading review just so you could get a referral. Your review looked like a advertisement or commercial for Keeneland Farms(and yourself), not a review. I think that is the reason Transformer69 came off so harsh because people who really deal with Keeneland Farms know better.

Anonymous I can assure you that I am not employed or affiliated with Keeneland Farms. I am just a tenant for the next 10 months. Again I stand by everything I said. Try me. My reason for posting my review/rating was to try and get some extra money by having people put my name down. That is why I logged in under WBwater and did not just put Anonymous. If my review was not intended for this sight then it would have been taken down already. Did I not say BAD and good things about the apartment? I most certainly did not say it was a palace. Honestly business 101 if you want someone to try your product you have to say some nice things about it. I only wrote what I knew and truth of what I knew. For example the water situation, appliances, Fitness Center, my rent, painting, bugs ect??? (I was told by the staff that they were stainless steel so that is what I put, looks good to me, but I guess it is not real.) All I can say is sorry everyone is having such bad situations here. If you really do not like it, pay the early termination fee and get out of here. Have a good day.
