This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I have lived here for 2 1/2 months. I was shown a town home model and was told I would have stainless appliances, granite counters, tile floors, all new fixtures, etc. Total misleading! I have aluminum appliances (no ice maker which I asked about), linoleum floors that are made to look like tile, laminate counter tops that are made to look like granite, and the cheapest fixtures! When I called the office regarding the above, I was told that I had been misinformed by my leasing agent, sorry. My blinds do not fit the size of my windows. My floors all slant at a hard angle. My box spring would not fit up the stairs and it took a week and a half to get maintenance there to take down the stair railing and then didn't offer to help get it up the stairs. The railing is still sitting outside on the side of the building! My shower only puts out half the water, the rest runs out the faucet. The place is bug infested! I can hear everything my neighbors do. They leave trash outside their front door daily, dogs get into it and throw it all over the lawn. The neighbors leave it for someone else to pick up. They leave fast food and broken beer bottles in the parking spaces. Loud music and grilling out on their balcony until 2 or 3 in the morning. I can never get help from the office. I don't feel safe at all here. I tried to order from Bella's Pizza and they will no longer deliver here because their drivers have been robbed on several occasions. I really miss my old place. It was worth the higher rent. Keeneland is a total ripoff and a fraud!
