I should not have lived here as long as I did, I admit, I was stupid.

Anyway, my first few months living here, I built a rack on the wall to hold my old pyrex collection. Something happened with the toilet upstairs, and caused it to flood down to our kitchen floor, rack was down, my collection of bowls and plates shattered everywhere. The water flooded the entire downstairs. This was 3037 Wexford Walk Drive.

I moved into another apartment 8063 Drawbridge Rd, at no cost after showing corporate the constant flooding. No floods in this unit, but a family of squrriels lived on the other side of the wall in the master bedroom.

The whole cable situation from the reviewer is SOOOO true. Not enough power was going through the wiring. We had cable guys coming out every month.

The complex was gated, but still had a ton solictors, including Jehovah Witness'. The entire complex water supply was on one meter, so if there was a problem, with any unit, any building, the water was shut off to everyone.

Poor drainage.

You were a resident 5 years ago? Are you seriously still complaining about your troubles then? A lot of changes have gone on since then. Read my review "Only The Angry Respond" You can't really justify putting a review from your experiance from 2003, it is 2008 you know. And for those of you who are reading this one please read mine as well.
