When we were approached to ask if we could be helped it was as if we were wrong for even walking in the door. When we sat down with a staff member she was rude, brash, and condescending. The staff member asked how much I was willing to pay for the apartment I was intewrested in and as I told her she reacted as if I asked to move in for free. This gave me the impression that what i wanted to pay and what was being charged where too extremes. I asked her if I was out of the price range, with the tone as if i were a waste of time she proceeded to request another complex named Cumberland run which is an old, run down, slum putting it nicely and although i said no she continued to insist as if that was all I was worth it was not so much that I could not afford the appartmnents at Keenland Farms it was just that the apartments were not reasonably priced. If this is the way I am treated for considering one of there apartments I can not imagine being a tenant.

What was the name of the person who helped you? Their actions need to be brought to upper management. This would just ensure customer service and quality for both prospective tenants and current tenants.
