i had the misfortune to move in an apartment last september (after paying the holding fee in june) and nothing was done, the apartment looked as though they slapped a coat of paint on to cover what was wrong, the cabinets were not attached to the hinges properly, there was and still is a hole in the wall of my infants room, the plumbing is bad and the list goes on...i thought we were moving into a high quality apartment but just got projects quality for deluxe prices. i even paid for upgrades which turned out to look nothing like the model i saw and when i questioned this they said they ran out of funding, but they never returned the extra money i paid. it is now march and everything i put on the work order has yet to be fixed. be smart spend your money elsewhere......on yeah there is no laundry facility on the premises and the apartments do not come with washer and dryers 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Yeah sorry to hear about your misfortune. From an outsiders perspective I would say the fault is a little on you for even moving into the apartment that was not up to your expectations. I understand you probably did not want to loose your holding fee. By the way the paint in my apartment was not the best either. If you have been paying extra for the upgraded appliances/apartment and you have not gotten them then i would suggest to speak with the manager. They should have the integrity and respect to do what is right. If nothing else happens and you have legitimate proof then you could possibly look into small claims court or something like that. Next time you could ask to see the apartment that you would be moving into before you commit. At least you can look forward to when you move out.
