I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I heard all the good and bad storys about the previous managment and I have heard some about here. I was not here for the "4th of July incident" however I have heard. I did move in shortly after that though and I have never had my water turned off for longer that a couple of hours and not more than twice since I've been here. The times it did happen a maintenance tech knocked on my door to let me know. Maybe I was just lucky with my case. I have had a few problems in my apartment like any home. I'm just greatful that I had someone to come fix my issues without having to pay them. If I owned my own home the expense of a clogged drain would come out of my pocket. That's one of my main reason for staying in an apartment. I like the community, it's clean, well landscaped and very quiet for such a large community. The reason I am posting this review is because I have seen the changes that are going on and one of my neihgbors were able to get some of the upgrades that everyone keeps saying aren't happening. Well I've seen them for myself and I plan to see if I can get them when I renew as well. I like the new counter tops and appliances. They are a lot nicer than the old white ones I have now. All you see on this site are negative comments. Where are all the other residents that live here' Out of I know over 300 residents there are only what maybe 10 or 15 that are still here and can validly post a comment!! I hope some of my neighbors that know about this site and that are happy with the community will step up and give thier honest review. I feel that this is just a venting web site. Which everyone has the right to vent. But lets pull together and show the postive too. I know there is some because all of my neighbors like their homes. I would also like to say one more thing. I have my cable issues but today I was in the Business Office and I over heard some guy speaking to the office about the "rewire" porject and I heard them with my own 2 ears say they would be starting this Wednesday. So hopefully everyone will be getting what they deserve when it comes to the cable. Thank you for reading my long winded review but I felt like somebody needed to stand up for what they beleived and I do love my apartment and my children do too!!!

I want to move there...are there any roach problems? I cannot do roaches!!! The place looks relly nice..do the management work with bad credit or are they strict?

Yes, I am happy for you but unhappy for my daughter who has endured everything written and "complained" about. The fact that someone else's needs are being met offers no remedy for the suffering of another tenant who pays 900.00 for a botched rennovation job and pest control problems (just naming a few). Sorry! It simply doesn't offer "new light" to Keeneland Farms, just a brighter light to show their lack of the ability to properly manage. So...No!...my position remains the same: Don't rent from Keeneland Farms if you don't want to experience problems (not ordinary) on a regular basis! Do buy your home when you are good and ready. Renting an apartment doesn't mean you should be happy when your plumbing doesn't work, you don't have to pay for the repairs. What about the damages to your belongings????? I believe tenants "are" to expect a reasonable return when they pay their rent on time. NO EXCUSES!

to be honest as long as you don't need the staff for anything.. it is a great place to live. my agent was helpful and still is . It is the so called property manager D. Holmes(PWT) that is crast and rude. Her level of professionalism is well below par. All I can say is READ YOUR LEASE!!! Your stuck..no deposit, no matter what you do to that moldy place. It looks good on the outside but the behind the scenes is too much form the drug dealing on the property to the broken gate. Yeah it seems ok , but just another Cobb County "TRAP"...They trappin..just like anywhere else. Beware of the drunken so-called maintenance men. Keeneland Farms should be called Semen Farms. I can't wait to get out of this Trap. They is no kind of community of comradery of any sort. Nothing for the kids. nothing for the elderly.Just constant reminders about rent due. Don't even talk about that little fitness center.Please luxury apartment homes my foot. It's a nicely painted project, it might as well offer section 8.

All I can say to the person claiming to be "deehomes", obviously you are a moron and have no idea who you are even talking about because D. Holmes isn't even white. So get your facts straigt before you start calling people names. I'm sure your not in the 4th grade any more!!! Also try to get a life.
