Much to my surprise the place looked amazing. I was there before when the old management company was doing the transition with the sell of the property. It was a mess. The old people were going out and the new management was coming in. The office was caotic as I was trying to rent an apartment while the new people were getting acculmated they did'nt have a clue what apartments to show or what was available. I was so disgused with the lack of knowledge that these people displayed. I was filling out a guess card and waiting for a lady to look at a site map to see where the show apartment was located. It happened to be a rent day, there were so many people coming in and out of the office complaining that no one had told them anything about the apartments being sold. It was like a time bomb that had just gone off. I could'nt take it any more. I politely walked out of the office and never returned. I ended up moving to a place in Kennesaw, which was right down the street fron Kennesaw state were I was to start my classes.

I was looking for a change since my lease had expired and remembered that the lady in the office kept saying that they were going to be undergoing a 6mil renovation since they were the new owners.

I throught after all this time I would go over and visit the apartments. I was shocked that when I entered the office the same young lady that was there that day was still there and had her act together. She new the property like the back of her hand, I was very impressed with the way the office. It was set-up and the new look of the place was great. I must say that even though I did not get to see the place then it was a beautiful scene to ride back onto the same place and almost not reconize it. I was like I explained amazing to see the changes that that new company had put into the place. I have 60 days notice to give to my apartment complex and I'm out of there. Even thought the apartment that I'm in are new, I think that the older well kept apartment is just as good.
