I would just like to say that I LOVE THIS PLACE. I love the staff, grounds and my apartment. This is the best place that I have lived in, in this area and I hate to leave. I am relocating when my lease is up, only because my job is in Alpharetta - unless I find a job closer. I really don't want to move. So far, my apt hunt has been disappointing because I cannot find anything up to it's standards. My kids and I feel very safe. The grounds are well kept...I cannot say enough about this place. Even my leasing agent, normally you never see them after you move in, but whenever I see mine she is always friendly and telling me to stop by.

Whenever I come home, I feel so proud driving up to my place. The match was love at first sight and I was waiting for the novelty to wear off but it still hasn't. If you are looking to move here - hands down the BEST in the area.

Does anyone know of anything similar in the Dunwoody/Alpharetta area'

Well lets write a book on this next time. If you noticed the complaint was from 2001 and the new management took over in 2006. So where are those complaints?
