I moved in about two weeks ago. One of the worst decisions I couldv'e made!! My very first rent payment they returned because of it being late, even though my payment date was discussed at the time of move in. The sticky note (yes, a sticky note) that this was noted on magically disappeard when I came into the office to discuss the matter. They treated me as if I was bothersome and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Not only did I pay $785 for a one bedroom, but an addition 100 late fee, 200 eviction fee and other fees!! The place wouldn't be so bad if they got some mature,professional folks running the office. Long story short, my next place will be my own.!!! As soon as I can get out of this lease, I'm out like the '80's, on the path to home ownership!!! The HELL WITH LEASING ANYMORE APARTMENTS!!!

I definitely understand how you feel.After dealing w/ the management here, you do feel that do not ever want to lease an apartment again!I have read the last 3-4 reviews before yours and I feel that either someone from the business office(some of them do live here) posted these reviews or these tenants are just terribly confused about the situations here. They will soon find out THE TRUTH!

We are not confused we are happy in our community and if you are so unhappy there are legal ways to get out of your lease. You are not stuck and I have been here long enough to see the truth and my response says it all from my point of view "only the angry respond"
