I can honestly say SHAME ON ME for thinking that this would be a good place to live. The management team showed me one apartment and I got something entirely different down to the pets being left in the apartment and what I mean by pets is ROACHES!!!! The A/C went out and they supposed FIXED IT well you know what it is STILL out NOW!!!! The staff isn't very helpful AT ALL I am pretty sure they don't live on the property so they REALLY don't CARE how you Live. The appearance on the outside of the complex is nice the grass was cut as well as the bushes but not in the apartment complex they put me NO GRASS and NO BUSHES just trash around the area. I sent in request for the landscapers to come out and take care of my area to no avail.....I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is why I am saying SHAME ON ME!!! I have done more complaining than I have ever done in my life because I can't for the life of me understand why they are taking every request lightly I plan on finding out who brought this property and seeing about having the inspectors come out and check this place. You pay A whole lot more to get ABSOLUTELY nothing. Kaye

Anonymous, since you can't let anyone know who you are; I did my research after I saw the post about the bbb. I want everyone to get the whole truth about Keeneland Farms. There is always 3 sides to their version, your version and the truth. I just figure if everyone has both sides they can put them together and try to get the truth. As far as me working in the office, I don't, that is unethical for myself but I can't speak for everyone else. The only thing I can figure on no good posts is that they have something to do with their lives other that sit on the computer and complain. But that's just my opinion!!

Justinforming. That must be your real name because you haven't let people know who YOU really are. Obviously YOU don't have anything else better to do than sit on the computer and post half truths to defend Keeneland Farms. It doesn't matter how much you defend though, the actions will always speak for itself. The truth always shows in the end. The Fitness Center and Landscaping is not enough to keep tenants there. That is why as quick as tenants move in, they are moving out. They are good at trapping them in there but once they are there, they seem to be pretty much on their own. No need in going back and forth over the matter. You have your opinion and many others have their own which is the total opposite of what you have to say. End of subject! Thank you for your time.
