If you don't believe me, check the pictures. The management is VERY untrustworthy and they are in such cahoots that I fear for my LIFE! I promise you, I am not exaggerating. Ty is a... and refuses to help, and Dee is the same way. They avoid my calls, even AFTER I've made complaints about the shady character of their workers! I honestly worry that all of them in the office would do something to me! I, too, tried to take these reviews with a grain of salt, but obviously my loss is upon me...foundation is cracking, they won't fix it....just don't move here...PLEASE! One of their employees is a liar and they are surrounding/protecting him...and THESE people have ACCESS TO YOUR HOMES!!!!!!!!!

It's turning into "the hood" so if that's what you want, go for it! (seriously, today I found a condom in the parking lot...OPENED!)

If you're a resident Report them to Georgia's consumer protection agency!

Keep e-mailing the news stations to have them come out and do an investigation...I just did, and the more of us who do, the better!!!! They'll HAVE to listen if the news teams show up...

I feel your pain and went through the same thing, I broke my lease after six months! I just couldn't take it anymore, I would take my son to look at the water in the creek and we would see used condoms and condom wrappers all over the ground. The kids are terrible and their getting worse the will walk around the side of your home at eleven at night just checking out your car, after mine got stolen we left. I don't know where those childrens parents are that place is disgusting!!! That's a good idea about fox 5 I'll be sure to email them about that place and hopefully everyone else will do the same

I live here also and I am having the same issue with leaks and cracks through the wall. My house has literally had water on the kitchen floor for months. The only reason the came out to look at it is because my husband came home from business and was so pissed he threatend Ty.Let me know what news station you complained to and I will do the same.
