The competency of the office staff is definitely questionable.

As a resident here, I am disgusted and very upset! Even with understanding that issues beyond anyone's control can happen at any apartment complex, what I cannot seem to grasp is how I can make payment and still get an Dispossessory Notice (eviction notice). What really pisses me off is now I have to take time out to go down to the courthouse, respond to the notice and get a damn court date for, basically, nothing! That really makes my blood boil! To top it off, I go by the office on my way back from the courthouse and was told that it, the eviction notice, was cancelled and my account is zero balance. I wonder if they could let the court know that ---- so I dont have to waste some more time and gas going to the court date. Please believe this is just one of many scenarios. What I would like to see is a little effort and whole lot of communication so as not to ---- with my livelyhood. ------- -------s!

I have actually lived atthis place for a year now and I am so glad to be moving. I have paid ontime every month and even in advance most of the time by a month to a month and a half. I reached my lease and gave notice only to be told that I would still owe a months rent after the 12 month lease, you MUST give 60 days notice or be charged another month even if you've already moved out. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT!!! This place sucks, someone was murdered a few doors down from

To the comment of "just pay on time" I guess you are a cold rude person who has never fallen on hard times. Congrats on catching up on your rent. And to those who are not sympathetic dont worry your time will come when you need a helping hand.
