Holey smokes...for a guy that used to live in dorm rooms this place was the PITS. Management was OK, but the X building was rough. Neighbors loud, old appliances, roaches, fear of getting shanked every morning while walking to your car, bad location (there's a worn out path from the apartments straight to the liquor store!!!), funky smells...oof. Lost our deposit because of a small pile of pine needles that we forgot to sweep out...oops.
