I am a current resident and I can tell you I had the worst time ever! I am a college student and this is my first apartment and I hate it! Roaches live in the walls, not too long ago I heard scratches in it too! You can not kill these roaches, they love boric acid, your neighbors have em, the land lord is mean, the office staff is sneaky. Maintance is nice, The only positive. I had a man actually walk into my apartment while i was sleeping! Cops was called! Pest control will try to barg their way in too! If you want to live in the slum... then this is the place for you. Peace
