PROPERTY MANAGER AND ASST MANAGER (BOOKKEEPER) AFTER INQUIRING ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS AND UPKEEP OF PROPERTY WAS TOLD THIS PROPERTY IS FOR ILLEGALS AND WELFARE TENANTS WHO ARE USE TO THIS SORT OF LIVING, AND THAT I PAY FOR WHAT I GET.

You probably are just like those people but expect castle living!
The managers do the best they possibly can with what they have to work with, its not there fault, have you never worked with a company that has to do what THEIR boss/owner makes them do. common sense.
