I am a prior tenant of this complex and the problems I have read about are not as they seem.

It could be worst.

I lived there for 2 years and I never had a pest problem.

If you keep your property clean, you will not see them either.

The management staff has always assisted in a timely fashion, if you were a problem tenant, they may not work with you as you expect.

But over all, I enjoyed my stay at the Creek, I loved the pool!! And parking was right at my front door, I use to just sit on the step and enjoy the sounds of the neighborhood.

It is convenient to everything and every highway.

It is best experienced by one who has experienced worst.

what Kenwood apts. is this clown living in?There are too many negative comments to your positive one.GO FIGURE!JUST SO YOU KNOW MY APARTMENT IS WELL KEPT.ALWAYS CLEAN.THESE ROACHES WERE HERE BEFORE I GOT HERE.YOU PROBERLY WORK IN THE OFFICE.THAT BLACK LADY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE THAT LOOKS LIKE A MAN,HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE OF ANY ONE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC.YOU PROBERLY ARE USE TO LIVING IN THE GHETTO.
