I CURRENTLY live in Lincoln Trace in a 2 bdrm. townhouse. The one thing that they need to improve on is the gate. One entrance gate for the entire community and on weekends the cars back all the way to the street. The parking situation could be better, if you try to find a space in the evening...good luck! I did receive papers telling me about numerous breakins AFTER I signed my lease. They are not the best apartments, I have seen better, but you get what you pay for. If you want a HIGH-END apartment like Post. Then you aren?t going to get it by paying $700 for a 2 bdrm.
