I have definitely had my share of problems here at Lincoln Trace but I can't complain.

I moved from Cumberland Glen apartments down the road to Lincoln Trace (LT) and I feel like I got a MUCH better deal. How many places off I-75 can you find that are that close to the highway, right off of a main street (Cobb Parkway) that has EVERYTHING at your fingertips, offers a washer and dryer IN EVERY UNIT, all at a very reasonable price'

I first moved into a ground level unit here at LT and 6 months later, I moved to a different unit because the former unit had severe water damage and mold. At first,I was angry, then annoyed. However, the complex was understanding and cooperative. They offered to let me move immediately as well as offering to reimburse me for any utility transer costs that I may incur.

I did not want to have to move AGAIN, but I realized that LT is a very large complex and considering it's size, it would be crazy to assume that NO PROBLEMS would occur. So, I was able to suck it up and do what I had to do.
Overall, it's a great complex. To summarize,
the tennis courts need the lights fixed and there could be improvements made to the gate entrance. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, I would give LT a 4.5

Great area, great staff, sufficient parking, safe, clean, and relatively inexpensive for what you're getting.
