The apartments are comfortable and clean. Parking is adequate but getting a space in front of your building can be a little difficult. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. The staff members are courteous and problems are dealt with promptly.

I am a little concerned that their standard may be dropping in terms of their choice of tenants which may result in a decline
in the quality of the neighbourhood. There is a wonderful eclectic mix which makes for interesting neighbours.

There are no recycling bins and there is only one garbage chute for the entire complex. It only becomes a problem on weekends when everyone's home.

It's very accessible and close to all the conveniences e.g. supermarket,the mall, movie theatres, etc.

It will be very hard to find a place that's equal to this.
